Elia Tapia Won a Scholarship from the Southern Nevada Water Authority

Elia Tapia attended the WaterSmart Innovation Conference in Las Vegas last October 3-8, 2017.  At that conference Elia received a student scholarship from the Southern Nevada Water Authority and the Universities Council on Water Resources.
