Dr. Istvan Molnar's Going Away

Our Program Chair, Dr. Istvan Molnar, will be retiring from University of Arizona and moving to Finland to be the Research Professor of Industrial Biotechnology at VTT Research Institute!

Dr. Molnar has been with the university since 2004 as a Professor in the School of Plant Sciences. He was the Chair of the ALRS-PHD program since 2013 (he was on the executive committee since 2009). We're sad to say farewell to someone that has wholeheartedly contributed and shaped our program into what it is today. We wish you many more accomplishments in your new chapter!
