Simona Seastrand, ALRS Ph.D. student has just won the Weather Civilian of the Year, 25th Operational Weather Squadron Member, Forecast Innovation Team, Small Team of the Quarter, First Weather Group award 2013. Simona is a USAF Science and Operations Officer/Intern, Ph.D. Student 25th Operational Weather Squadron.
