Sandra Bernal Named One of 2015 Outstanding GIDP GTAs

Dean Andrew Carnie, Faculty Director of the Graduate Interdisciplinary Programs (GIDP) Administration Office recenlty nominated Sandra Bernal, ALRS Ph.D. student, for the UA Foundation 2015 Outstanding GIDP Graduate Teaching Assistant Award for meritorious performance.
Sandra has been working as a GTA for Dr. David H. Soren, Professor of Anthropology for the past 3 semesters. Dr. Soren has consistently lauded her performance.
In recognition of this exceptional performance she will receive:
- a personalized certificates and a UA memento from the UA Foundation and
- a $50 UA Bookstore gift card from the GIDP Administration office
Sandra is the 3rd ALRS student to receive this award. Her predecessors are: Adriana Zuniga Teran (2015 spring graduate) and Kanin Routson (2012 graduate).
