Saleh Ahmed Shares his Experience on Climate Services in Coastal Farming Communities of Bangladesh

Saleh Ahmed, ALRS PhD Candidate spent 4 months in his native country Bangladesh, conducting research on the "Demands for Climate Services in Coastal Farming Communities." 

He wrote a blog in the International Centre for Climate Change and Development, posted January 28, 2018.  Saleh had observed that the densely populated coastal region along the Bay of Bengal constitute a vulnerability "frontline."   Intrigued by this region's development and adaptation challenges, he made sequential travels to that area of Bangladesh to better understand the adaptation needs, challenges, opportunities and barrier's that confront the farmers and other villagers.
