Kudo’s to Dr. Michael Bogan and the anonymous donor!

An anonymous donor has made a gift of $100,000 to support Dr. Michael Bogan’s biodiversity studies along the Santa Cruz River! This gift will allow Dr. Bogan to engage more undergraduate and graduate students in this community-based conservation project. To date, Dr. Bogan’s efforts have focused on documenting and studying the resurgence of aquatic and riparian life that comes with restoring flow to the Santa Cruz. This gift will allow Dr. Bogan and his students to build upon these findings and incorporate a survey of bird species into the project, too.
